A unified and efficient approach to architecture and construction. FL Design Build Inspect aka Site & Studio, Inc. was established by Frank Liebler, who is the architect, contractor, and home inspector. The Master Builder is the ancient precursor to the modern separation of the architect, engineer, and contractor. Today there has been a resurrection of the Master Builder. The unique blend of skills found in a single person, rather than multiple people with multiple opinions, makes the Master Builder process at FL Design Build Inspect highly efficient and controlled. Our clients visions are thus easier to attain. Since FL Design Build Inspect does not have to pay for or live in the homes created for our clients we are not happy unless the client is happy. We use 3D CAD software to help our clients visualize the building as the design evolves. FL Design Build Inspect specializes in ICF (Insulated Composite Formwork) and reinforced concrete construction.

Frank Liebler is a licensed home inspector / architect / contractor. He will make time for same day or weekend inspections. Frank's architecture license enables him to offer additional services for further investigation or corrective drawings if needed/requested. Between Frank's architecture and construction background he knows the details of how a building should, and should not be put together. Frank wears many hats in the building industry, and will argue that without the total of his experience, he wouldn't be as good at one job without the other.
